To diversify the existing golf facilities at Hemingford Abbots, American Golf instructed Wessex Planning to submit a planning application for a 18 hole ‘dinosaur’ themed adventure golf course.
Working in collaboration with Greenspan Projects and specialist consultants, the finalised plans were accompanied by both transport and landscape reports to consider the main site constraints.
Initial concerns expressed by the Local Planning Authority were addressed and planning permission was subsequently granted, enabling American Golf to further diversify their recreational offer.
